Reframe, Empower and Rise
Empowering women through strength-based coaching.
Reframe mindset, leverage strengths, and create ADHD friendly environments for growth
Life as women is messy..... Life as a woman with ADHD can be even messier to say the least.
Many of us have internalized the idea that our ADHD traits are hindrances, sparking deep feelings of disempowerment,
You’ve read the productivity hacks.
You’ve tried the planners, the apps, the routines everyone swears by.
And somehow…
You’re still up at 2am finishing something due tomorrow.
Still apologizing for being late.
Still wondering why things that seem effortless for everyone else feel like climbing a wall in the dark.
It’s not a motivation problem.
It’s not a willpower problem.
This is a 10-week group coaching program built specifically for women with ADHD (or women who suspect they might have it and are finally starting to connect the dots).
It’s not about fixing you. It’s about understanding how your brain works and building a life around that, instead of against it.
We’ll explore the overlooked factors that shape your daily experience as a woman with ADHD: things like estrogen cycles, sleep, sensory environment, and emotional regulation. We’ll shift the lens from “what’s wrong with me” to “what do I actually need to thrive.”
You’ll leave with more than strategies. You’ll leave with a different relationship to yourself.
