Emotional intelligence is our ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions both in ourselves and in others.

This topic explores the four core components of emotional intelligence and introduces strategies to strengthen emotional awareness, relieve stress, communicate effectively, and empathize more deeply. We also take a deeper look at emotional literacy the skill of identifying and making sense of our emotional states without labeling them as “right” or “wrong.”

Many of us were taught to suppress or mask emotions in order to appear strong. This session helps uncover the hidden emotional masks we wear and empowers participants to build healthier, more authentic emotional connections.

People differ in how they perceive and express their strengths some may even view one of their greatest strengths as a weakness. By exploring our personality parts and understanding how they align with or challenge our values, we gain clarity on how to work with ourselves more effectively.
