Prepare For Stress Free Holidays and Make Your ADHD Your New Superpower

Challenging the myth of ADHD is primarily a male disorder and the recognition of ADHD in females has only very recently gained attention from researchers, however there is still lagging in the acknowledgment of the significant impact ADHD symptoms has on women, an impact that exceeds the impact it has on men. Which has been resulting in a substantial burden on neurodivergent women.

The ADHD Brain can sabotage the best laid plans!

ð Have you always felt you are different compared to other women and not living up to society's expectations?

ð Have you spent all your life apologizing? Can't stand disappointing others yet somehow you find yourself doing it all the time?

ð Have every intention to be responsible but somehow you keep screwing up?

ð The tasks everyone around you complete effortlessly always seem to be draining?

ð Distracted by so many pressing issues, then find yourself overwhelmed, panicked when you can't complete all the tasks as planned?

ð Had the thought, If I can create the perfect presentation, no one will notice I did it the last minute?

ð Overwhelmed Mom syndrome, you keep trying all the suggested parenting advice and end up feeling worse or more alone?

ð Experienced uncountable instances of being tardy, rescheduling, or canceling at the last minute?

ADHD Women Group Coaching Program includes:

ð 7 weekly 90-min group sessions with no more than 12 women with ADHD

ð Group Activities and assessments

ð Access to online private group and ongoing accountability

ð Two 30-min 1:1 alignment session (In person or online)

ð Optional 90-min 1:1 strategy session (additional cost, In person or online)

Program Dates and Time

Class Time Thursdays 6.30- 8 PM

ð First Class Tuesday Nov. 14th 

ð November 21st, 28th

ð December 5th, 12th, 19th

ð Last Class Jan 2nd 2024

ð 30 min 1:1 alignment coaching session (planned through coordination with the individual)

Program cost:

ð Cost per individual $475 (all items under included in program except for 90 min 1:1)

ð Additional cost for 90 min 1:1 strategy session $ 110 ( Included ELI Assessment Report )

Recognize & accept your ADHD

ð Discuss the impact of ADHD on women. Recognize you are not alone!!!!

ð Reflect how ADHD impacts your unique experience

WEEK 2

Learn about Executive functioning:

ð ADHD Paralysis and Procrastination

ð The Hyper focus

ð ADHD emotional dysregulation in women

WEEK 3

Shift Your Mindset and build new habits

ð Identify and celebrate ADHD strengths and superpowers

ð Develop individualized strategies to improve skills and for getting into your stretch zone

ð Replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones

WEEK 4

Set Realistic Goals and Expectations

ð The ADHD Now or Future thought process

ð Recognize what is realistic

ð Plan steps to meet your short-term goals

WEEK 5

Incorporating Strategies to Meet Goals – Part 1

ð Integrate executive functioning strategies to work towards goals

ð Improve planning and organizational skills

ð Build your foundations and narrow your priorities

WEEK 6

Incorporating Strategies to Meet Goals – Part 2

ð Learn visualization and projection techniques

ð Pre-plan for obstacles and barriers with counter-strategies

WEEK 7

Building Habits and build your support network

ð Build your coping skills toolbox

ð Elicit social support from friends and family

ð Prevent and manage burnout
